To be eligible to open and maintain an Account with jerukbet, you must satisfy all of the following criteria at all times:
Each natural person may hold only one active Account on the jerukbet platform. Opening duplicate or multiple Accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and will result in the immediate closure of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of all balances, including any accrued winnings.
You are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and preferred contact details. Any material misrepresentation — including providing a false date of birth — will be treated as a fundamental breach of this Agreement.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your Account login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. Jerukbet will never request your password through any communication channel, including email or live chat. In the event of suspected unauthorised access to your Account, you must notify jerukbet's support team immediately via live chat or email at [email protected].
Jerukbet reserves the right to request KYC documentation from any User at any time, including but not limited to: a government-issued photo identification document (MyKad, passport, or equivalent), proof of residential address (utility bill, bank statement), and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period will result in Account suspension.
Jerukbet accepts deposits and withdrawals via the following channels: DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB Bank, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), and Tether USDT (TRC-20 and ERC-20). The availability of specific payment channels may vary from time to time. Jerukbet reserves the right to add or remove payment methods without prior notice.
Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are stated on the platform at the time of transaction initiation. These minimums are subject to change. It is the User's responsibility to verify current minimums before initiating a transaction.
Withdrawal requests are processed in the order received. Jerukbet targets processing of all approved withdrawals within 5 minutes for standard MYR bank transfers and e-wallets, and within 30 minutes for cryptocurrency withdrawals. These are target times and not guaranteed service levels. Processing times may be extended during periods of high demand or where additional verification is required.
In compliance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations, jerukbet requires that withdrawals be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible. Jerukbet reserves the right to delay or withhold any withdrawal pending satisfactory completion of AML checks, source-of-funds verification, or KYC documentation review.
All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotions offered by jerukbet are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements. General bonus terms applicable to all promotional offers are set out below. Specific promotions may carry additional conditions, which will be communicated at the point of offer.
All bets placed on the jerukbet platform are final once confirmed. Bets placed in error cannot be voided or reversed. It is the User's responsibility to verify all bet details — including selection, stake, and market — prior to confirming the wager.
Minimum and maximum stake limits apply across all markets and game types. These limits are displayed within the relevant game or betting interface. Jerukbet reserves the right to adjust stake limits for specific markets, individual accounts, or event types at any time.
Where a bet is accepted as a result of an obvious pricing error, technical fault, or system error — including incorrect odds, malfunctioning game software, or erroneous live score feeds — jerukbet reserves the right to void the bet and return the stake to the Player's Account. This applies regardless of whether the bet appears to have settled in the Player's favour.
Game outcomes for all live casino tables and slot games are determined by certified random number generators (RNG) or live dealer outcomes. Certified RTP figures for each game are available within the game interface. Jerukbet does not manipulate or interfere with game outcomes. In the event of a game disconnection during active play, the relevant Game Provider's rules for disconnection resolution will apply.
The following conduct is expressly prohibited and may result in immediate Account suspension, balance forfeiture, and referral to relevant authorities:
Jerukbet reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, at its sole discretion, without prior notice, where it reasonably believes that a User has breached any provision of this Agreement or where such action is required for legal, regulatory, or security reasons.
Upon closure of an Account for breach of these Terms, any remaining real-money balance (excluding Bonus Funds) will be returned to the User within 30 days, subject to the satisfactory completion of any outstanding KYC or AML checks.
Users who wish to voluntarily close their Account may do so by contacting jerukbet's support team via live chat or email. Upon verified request, Account closure will be processed within 24 hours. Any funds remaining in the Account at the time of closure will be returned via the User's most recently verified payment method.
All content on the jerukbet platform — including but not limited to trademarks, logos, brand names, game assets, software code, database structures, graphic designs, text content, and user interface elements — is the intellectual property of jerukbet or its licensed Game Providers. All rights are reserved.
Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal entertainment purposes, strictly in accordance with this Agreement. No rights, title, or interest in any platform content are transferred to any User by virtue of this Agreement.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jerukbet expressly excludes all warranties, representations, and conditions, whether express or implied, regarding the platform's availability, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted operation.
In no event shall jerukbet, its directors, officers, employees, agents, or licensors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of gaming opportunities, or damage to reputation — arising out of or related to your use of the platform, even if jerukbet has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Jerukbet's maximum aggregate liability to any User for any single claim or series of related claims arising under this Agreement shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by that User in the 30-day period immediately preceding the date of the claim.
Jerukbet is committed to protecting the personal data of all Users. The collection, processing, storage, and use of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of this Agreement and is incorporated herein by reference.
By using the jerukbet platform, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy and consent to the processing of your personal data as described therein. Users retain the right to access, correct, and request the deletion of their personal data, subject to any legal or regulatory obligations that require us to retain certain information.
Jerukbet reserves the right to amend, supplement, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon publication on the platform. The "Last Updated" date shown at the top of this page will be revised with each material change.
It is your responsibility to review these Terms and Conditions periodically to ensure you are aware of any changes. Your continued use of the jerukbet platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions.
This Agreement and any disputes arising from it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction under which jerukbet is licensed and incorporated.
In the event of any dispute between a User and jerukbet regarding the interpretation or application of these Terms, the parties shall first seek to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. Disputes must be submitted in writing to jerukbet's compliance team within 14 calendar days of the event giving rise to the dispute.
Where good-faith negotiation fails to resolve the dispute within 30 days of submission, either party may refer the matter to binding arbitration under the rules of a mutually agreed arbitral body. The language of arbitration shall be English. Each party shall bear its own legal costs unless the arbitrator awards otherwise.
